Are invoices AEAT-compliant?
Yes. We generate Verifactu-compliant invoices and send them automatically.
Which languages are supported?
The platform supports 15 languages, with assisted translation for your site content.
Is there a lock-in?
No. Cancel anytime, no penalties.
How do I charge my customers?
At the salon, with cash or your own card terminal. The online store and bookings do not take payments: the client reserves an order or a slot and pays at the salon. Your clients' money does not pass through belcita.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. You get a 7-day trial. You add your card when you create the account and the first charge is on day 8; if you cancel before then, you are not charged.
Can I migrate my data?
We help you import products, customers and bookings from your current system.
Is my data safe?
Yes. EU hosting, encryption and GDPR compliance. You own your data.
Does it work on mobile?
